The Rose Garden is so beautiful. There are so many benches, and places surrounded by roses, to sit. It doesnt ever seem crowded. There are Remenberence plaques to read . And lively donors like Kids classes etc. This time I sat next to a long thank you to a man's service dog that had passed. Its peace full with sky. Such a peaceful, beautiful, safe and fragrant place to relax.

A garden overflowing with beautiful, colorful roses. Stepping inside, you are captivated by the fragrance and vibrant hues of the roses. It truly is a place of relaxation for the citizens, and I would like to express my gratitude to the staff who work so hard to maintain its beauty.

The 41st Capitol visited on our US Capitol Challenge. What a cool outside and inside. Still construction happening during our visit of the new portion however did not stop us from taking both a self guided and guided tour. If you take the guided tour and have Margo - you’re in for a special treat. Your in for views of the gorgeous building, impressive grounds, and super interesting tour! Margo was a fantastic guide! She made everything easy to understand and engaging. It was an amazing stop on our 50 State Capitol Challenge! Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Sacramento!

Very beautiful walk tons of roses with tons of different. Lovely smells cute little trails to walk tons of shade everything’s local and they have a cool memorial for soldiers missing in action lovely place for a wedding or an event. Highly recommended to see.
